KNX Power Supply

The OPT-PSxx-1yy series power supplies are designed to ensure uninterrupted and reliable energy in building automation systems. With a 30 VDC SELV output voltage, these power supplies guarantee safe operation and communication for all components on the KNX bus. Offered in two models, they cater to systems with both low and high current demands.

High Performance and Safety

The OPT-PS64-122 model with 640 mA output features an integrated choke circuit that directly feeds the primary KNX line, while also providing an additional auxiliary output for another line. The 320 mA OPT-PS32-111 model is ideal for compact systems. Both models include advanced protection mechanisms that automatically cut off output voltage in case of short circuit, overload, reverse polarity, voltage fluctuation, and high temperature. The system periodically checks and resumes operation once the fault is cleared.

Real-time Monitoring and Visual Feedback

The OPT-PSxx-1yy series power supplies provide real-time device status, current draw, and possible error information to the user through LED indicators on the front panel. This allows easy monitoring of system health and quick response to issues. The OPT-PS64-122 model includes a latching relay that changes contact status when the mains voltage is interrupted, enabling information transfer to BMS systems.
