Edge Touch Sensor

OPT-TSxxx-yyy is a versatile KNX switch series with a touch-sensitive surface, addressing a wide range of application areas. Depending on the model, it supports up to 16 functions with a varying number of touch areas. Unlike the SS series, each touch area operates independently; when multiple areas are required to work together, configuration can be done via group addresses in ETS. The series is offered in three different sizes — 80x80mm, 80x120mm and 80x160mm — and with different touch area layouts.

Every model comes with a mounting adapter compatible with standard round wall boxes and, thanks to its frameless design, can be mounted directly onto the wall. It is functionally rich, supporting switching, dimming, shutter/blind control, transmission of values in different data types, array value sending, value dimmer, scene control (recall and save), thermostat control, logic applications and temperature-humidity-air quality monitoring. In optional display-equipped models, the screen is used to display temperature, humidity and air quality values and to control the RTC (Room Temperature Control) application.

Touch areas can be left as plain segments on the product surface or customized with optional icons; the product color and surface design can be configured via the website prior to ordering. Each touch area provides visual feedback with one of 8 selectable color options, ensuring the user receives a clear notification for different functions.
