Optimus Solutions will Direct Domestic Building Automation Technologies with an Investment of 500 Million TL
With over 20 years of experience in LV panel manufacturing, switchgear distribution, building automation systems integration, and KNX applications, Optimus Solutions is opening a new chapter in technology production.
The company, which has been accumulating technical and field experience since 2004, is preparing to transform this expertise into production power by establishing a major high-tech manufacturing facility in the Şereflikoçhisar Organized Industrial Zone.
Built on a total land area of 34,000 square meters, the factory will develop domestically produced, high value-added building automation systems.
The project, with an estimated investment of approximately 500 million TL, will be completed within two years and provide employment for 50 people in the region.
Led by Mustafa Üstün, Chairman of the Board of Optimus Solutions Teknoloji A.Ş., another significant step was taken in the investment process through negotiations with OSB Regional Director Nasuh Ataç.
The parcel allocation agreement was signed in the presence of Turan Yılmaz (Deputy Governor and Chairman of the Entrepreneurial Committee), Zafer Engin (District Governor and Chairman of the Board), Memiş Çelik (Vice Chairman of the Board and Mayor), and Çetin Aslan (Board Member and President of the Chamber of Commerce).
With this strategic investment, Optimus Solutions aims to increase Türkiye’s domestic production capacity in building automation systems and enhance its competitive strength in the global market.
