KNX Digital Input Devices

The OPT-DIx-111 and OPT-DIy-121 are panel-mounted digital input devices designed for KNX-based building automation systems. These devices detect signals from dry contacts and transmit them to the KNX bus in the appropriate data format. They provide various channel options for use in both small and large-scale projects: DC models with 6 and 12 channels, AC models with 4 and 8 channels.

Since the devices are powered directly from the KNX bus, no external power supply is needed. Their compact design saves space in panels and makes installation extremely easy.

Each input channel can be individually configured via ETS software. Input functions include Value Sending, Dimmer, and Blind/Shutter Control. Maintained or momentary type, normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) contacts can be connected. Additionally, different data types can be sent depending on short or long activation of the contacts.
